Stress and Anxiety Management
Do you want to learn techniques to overcome your troubling thoughts or feelings of fear? Would you like to be able to be anxiety-free for life?
Anxiety and stress are normal companions to depression. Many depressions are triggered and maintained by stress. I work with you to understand your stressors, your anxieties and fears and your coping mechanisms so far, which may include alcohol and cigarettes.
We then look at healthy and proven ways to manage your stress and anxiety, as well as manage the feeling of overload. Small changes can help you reduce the level of stress you experience, such as maintaining healthy boundaries and learning to say no effectively.
Get where you want to be in learning to manage your anger. In these one-to-one sessions, I work with you specifically on finding the root cause of your anger, and, using highly successful NLP exercises and strategies, you will be able to quickly release the emotions behind your anger and successfully manage your emotions.
In our sessions, you will learn the difference between appropriate and inappropriate anger in situations and you will become better at identifying what you want to achieve by your anger can help you use anger appropriately.
Dating Confidence is a short, four-week course designed for people who are new to dating again after a long time. Dating Confidence builds confidence and self-esteem and gives you dos and don’ts of dating. So whether you are meeting people online or otherwise, dating confidence can ensure you stay safe and have fun.

And there is a difference between the two! Relationship (couples) counselling sessions focus on understanding why the situation has arisen and work on healing any emotional pain. I work with you to discover the source of the issue and identify what you need to be able to heal.
Relationship Coaching focuses on the present – in creating goals and outcomes for the future that are achievable. You then become accountable for your actions and outcomes.
As a highly experienced couples counsellor and relationship coach, I know when to interchange between the two to get the best outcome for you. I use a combination of therapies, such as CBT, NLP and Narrative therapy, to help you change patterns of behaviour which harm your relationship, challenge negative and limiting beliefs and heal your emotional pain.

Time Line Therapy™ is a form of hypnotherapy used to remove anger, sadness, fear, hurt and guilt easily, effortlessly and safely. The main negative emotions – anger, sadness, fear, hurt and guilt – form the basis of many of the issues we got through such as:

Imagine the freedom and happiness you could feel in just 120 minutes! A breakthrough session is normally two hours long.
Using carefully scripted words to speak to the part of your mind which keeps these behaviours in place, I gently guide you to whatever you need to learn about a situation for you to carefully release all the negative emotions associated with it and experience freedom, happiness and an increased sense of self-worth for the first time in years.
Time Line Therapy™ can also be used in releasing limiting beliefs. If you are stuck in a dead-end job because you think you cannot find anything better, you run your own business or you believe that you cannot lose weight, give up smoking, stop drinking or earn enough money, then you have a limiting belief.
A similar process is used to find out where that belief was created, learn what you need to from that event and release the belief.

Relationship Rescue© is a specially designed programme guaranteed to successfully repair your relationship and give you a greater understanding of your partner’s needs by changing the way you communicate with each other. You will also discover your respective love languages and learn to recognise trigger points in the relationship.
This programme is designed to help you rediscover your relationship and remind you why you fell in love with each other.
It is not suitable for everyone; sometimes a relationship has gone too far to be mended. However, if saving your relationship is important to you both, Relationship Rescue© will help you overcome the blocks, uncover any hidden emotions and work with you to create a cycle of connection.
The only requirements to undertake this programme are your desire to make your relationship work, commitment to undertaking the exercises and consistency from you both.
The programme is tailored to each couple and comprises:
- Tackling the overall reasons for you being here, your fears/worries about the relationship and your commitment to giving this process 100%. This will be a frank and open discussion which will allow me some insight into the issues you are facing as a couple in a no-blame setting. You will leave the first session with a greater understanding of the issues affecting your relationship.
- Reconnecting you as a couple by changing the way you communicate with each other. Clear, honest and open communication is the backbone of a strong and healthy relationship, and you will learn more effective ways to communicate with each other, leading to more openness, transparency and trust.
- Rekindling desire. Clearing and healing the emotional/mental blocks to intimacy and closeness and dealing honestly and openly with the effects of anger/secrets/dishonesty/infidelity.
- Finding a solution. We work together for you to find a solution going forward where both of your needs are met within the relationship in a healthy and honest way. You both create your relationship, respecting each other’s boundaries.
This programme requires a six-month commitment (minimum), with the goal being to create a new way of relating to and loving each other and to ensure that the changes we will be making are lasting, as well as to give you a new relationship toolbox to navigate any unseen future issues.
